If you’re worried about heat damage but eager to have bouncy blow dries, you need a hair protector spray. The good news is that Aldi are selling a dupe of a famous brand - and it only costs a fiver.

The Lacura Wonder Spray (£4.99) is a knockoff of the iconic WOW Dream Coat Supernatural Spray . The product has clearly taken inspiration from the big brand as both bottles look identical in terms of appearance and packaging.

The WOW Dream Coat Supernatural Spray is well-known for battling humidity and frizz, leaving all hair types supernaturally smooth and silky. It’s so popular that it's recommended by hairdressers and has thousands of reviews online.

But, it costs between £27 to £57 depending on the size. Whereas the Aldi version is just under a fiver, so you’ll be saving yourself a small fortune.

The supermarket version contains ingredients such as Calendula Officinalis Flower Extract, Chamomilla Recutita Flower Extract and Glycolic Acid, which are all formulated in the WOW Dream Coat spray too.

The more expensive counterpart has rave reviews online, with many shoppers saying it leaves their hair feeling ‘shiny and manageable.’ One customer said: “This spray is god sent and I've tried so many products and this is the only thing that works. Never going to be without a bottle of this in my drawer.”

This isn’t the first time that Aldi has copied a huge haircare brand. Fans noticed that they're selling a £4.99 hair dupe of the £36 Phillip Kingsley version, and we're not exactly surprised at the news.

The Lacura Bounce Back Hair Treatment is a copycat of the Philip Kingsley Elasticizer , which is one of the world's go-to haircare products, loved by celebrities such as Cate Blanchett and Gwyneth Paltrow.

There is no release date for this Aldi hair frizz product, but if you’re looking for a new affordable go-to then definitely keep your eyes peeled when you next head to your local supermarket.

You can buy the WOW Dream Coat Spray from Cult Beauty here and M&S. You can buy the Philip Kingsley Elasticizer too.
