Celebrities and the Sneakers They Wear
Celebrities are constantly in the spotlight. We, the people, following them and often emulate their styles. Let’s face it, if we see something that looks cool, we’re going to wear it ourselves. Celebrities have the power to set trends with all sorts of apparel including sneakers.
One wouldn’t think sneakers would be a popular topic with celebrities, but footwear in general is popular and sneakers get included in that. So what are celebs rocking these days on their feet when they head to the gym or when they are just casually hanging out?
Let’s take a look…

Air Jordan’s Many Style of Show
Believe it or not, Air Jordan’s are pretty popular in the world of celebrities. The low version of the Air Jordan’s are popular among many athletes and hip hop stars, while some celebrities rock the regular Air Jordan’s. Justin’s Bieber and Timberlake loves his pair of Air Jordan 1 ‘Armed Forces’.

Nike Free Run
One of our personal favorites Nike Free Runs are immensely popular in the celebrity world. The Kardashians love their Free Runs as does just about every female celebrity you see going for a run. Don’t get us wrong they’re popular with the guys too, but the female celebs love them.

Asics Gel-Nimbus
John Mayer, Reese Witherspoon, Prince William and so many more love the Asics. The Gel-Nimbus seems to be a popular version of the shoe amongst some celebrities who aren’t super concerned with mainstream brands. The Asics are more a rugged, hiking look – still get it done though.

Converse
The old-school converse shoes are probably the most popular amongst musicians. However, don’t be surprised if you see some male celebrities rocking them like Ashton Kutcher and The Biebs again. Don’t be even MORE surprised if you see some crunchy female stars rocking them like Kristen Stewart.

Adidas
Maybe Rihanna will make the custom made Adidas sneaker game famous? Well, it already is, but she loves her Adidas. As do many celebrities, including many athletes. Brad Pitt has been known to rock his Adidas as has Rihanna’s ex-boy Chris Brown. Adidas soccer affiliation makes David Beckham a fan.

New Balance
New Balance might be one of the most popular celebrity sneakers. Ben Affleck, Minka Kelly, oh did we say Minka Kelly? Well, maybe because Minka Kelly has been photographed 8 million times working out or coming from the gym – what’s she wearing – New Balance.

Other Nikes
Nike is such a huge celebrity shoe that we have to dedicate two slides to the brand. This version is for the Nike skater, Nike casual shoe that just about every celebrity rocks. Youngsters like Jaden Smith to old guys trying to be fashionable like Mark Wahlberg rock the Nike Casual shoes.

Vibram FiveFingers
I was shocked when I saw how many celebrities rock the Vibram FiveFingers look. Josh Duhamel, Kate Hudson, Sean Penn, Scarlett Johansson. The list is actually endless. I’ve never tried the shoes (if you can call them that), but if all these celebs are rocking them maybe I should.

Designer Sneakers
Let’s face it – they’re celebrities. Countless numbers of celebs: The Biebs, Athletes, Rappers, even high profile female celebs will opt to splurge on designer sneaks. Don’t ask me why- but they do.

Aliexpress
While we’re talking about designer sneakers let’s talk about Aliexpress sneakers. Aliexpress sneakers are fancy, studded shoes that are meant to be a trendy, weird shoe worn with nice clothes? I have no idea, but they’re growing. I’m sure celebrities have rocked them during their wedding already, but I’m not going to even try and guess who.
