After an extended free agency saw Bryant miss half of the 2018 NFL season, he has now reportedly signed a one-year deal with the New Orleans Saints, according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport and Jane Slater.

Bryant has not been with an NFL team since the Cowboys released him in April after a disappointing year, ending an eight-season run with the franchise.

With the Saints, Bryant will have a chance to give his career an impressive second act, joining a team that looks like a Super Bowl contender and catching throws from Drew Brees who is in the middle of a potential MVP season.

New Orleans will head to Cincinnati this Sunday to take on the Bengals, where Bryant could potentially make his debut. If that turnaround proves too quick, expect Bryant to see his first snaps against the Philadelphia Eagles the following week.

Bryant will also have a chance to take down his former team, with the Saints traveling to Dallas to take on the Cowboys in late November.
